VISA Information
Participants who require a VISA to enter Japan are requested to submit their information as early as possible using the form below. The LOC will prepare the necessary supporting documents (e.g., invitation letter) based on the information provided.
Deadline: Please submit your information as soon as possible, and no later than mid-March 2026. Early submission is strongly encouraged, as VISA processing times can vary significantly depending on your country.
