Registration
The venue has limited capacity. Registration will close once 120 participants are reached.
Registration fee
Registration fee until February 28, 2026: 30,000 JPY (student 15,000 JPY)After March 1, 2026: 40,000 JPY (student as of May 18, 2026: 20,000 JPY)
Conference dinner
We will organize the conference banquet at a Japanese traditional restaurant Ganko Takase-gawa Nijyoen on May 20 (Wed),2026.Dinner Ticket: 10,000 JPY per person
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of registration/banquet/excursion made by March 31, 2026 will be refunded minus a 6% handling fee (please e-mail to the LOC at torus2026_loc@kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp). Non-refundable after April 1, 2026.
- For the excursion, 100% will be refunded if cancelled due to insufficient number of participants or other reasons by the organizers.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, please contact the LOC.
