Registration and Payment
Q: Is it possible to complete the payment after knowing whether my abstract was selected for a talk? I plan to attend the conference in case I get an oral presentation.
A: You can pay when the talk selection is finished by SOC, but the "late registration fee" will apply after March 1.
Q: Is the registration fee payment deadline February 20 or February 28?
A: As the number of participants has reached the capacity, if the registration fee is not paid by February 20, the slot will be released to those on the waiting list. In any case, the late registration fee will apply from March 1.
Q: When will the selection for oral presentations be made?
A: The SOC will make the selection after the January 31 deadline. We plan to publish a tentative program by mid-February.
Q: Is a Google account required for registration?
A: No, a Google account is not required for registration. In some cases (such as when using Chrome with a Google account), your Google account may be displayed at the top of the registration form. However, this is separate from the email address field below. You do not need to use your Google account for registration—simply enter any email address of your choice in the email address field.
Q: I cannot find the registration link. Is it closed?
A: Registration is currently suspended as we have reached our capacity (120 participants). However, we expect some cancellations after the oral presentation program is announced in mid-February. We plan to reopen registration at that time, although new registrants will be limited to poster presentations or attendance without a presentation.
Q: Is online participation available? / オンラインで参加したいのだけど
A: Due to equipment limitations, this conference is on-site only, and online participation features will not be provided. / 本会議では設備の関係で、オンサイトのみ、オンライン参加機能は提供しません。
Visa Support
Q: When will you start preparing visa support documents?
A: We plan to start the preparation of official invitation letters and other necessary documents for visa applications after late February, once the program and participant list are finalized.
